 To be a successful consultant requires technical knowledge, of course. But business and people skills are also necessary. Development of these skills is the subject of this workshop. This is for both existing consultants and those contemplating starting a new career. Anyone who has the skills companies need and are willing to pay for can become a successful consultant with planning and hard work.
Jack James presents this workshop. He is an engineer who had a 40-year career in business, planning and improving operations for many companies. He started his own consulting business in 1983 as a part-time venture, eventually turning it into his full-time career. This event will be held in the Library Community Room.
